Jaký batoh vybrat

Jak nastavit předškolní batoh
Dbejte na správné nastavení batohu. Jen dobře nastavený batoh nezatěžuje záda vašeho dítěte. Batoh nastavujte zatížený, nikdy ne prázdný.
Váha batohu spočívá na bedrech, základem je proto správně utažený bederní pás. Ten by měl pevně obepínat pas, ale neměl by škrtit.
Dále utáhněte ramenní popruhy tak, ať jsou nastaveny na stejnou délku. Popruhy by měly tvořit rovnoměrný oblouk. Nastavte je tak, aby batoh sahal od ramen k pasu. Ramenní popruhy se postarají o rovnoměrné rozložení zátěže, proto nastavení nepodceňujte.
Nakonec utáhněte hrudní pás. Ten by měl přilnout k hrudníku, ale zároveň neškrtit. Batoh s optimálně utaženým hrudním pásem rozkládá váhu batohu a nepadá z ramen. Vybírejte batohy s výškově nastavitelným hrudním pásem, jen tak docílíte správného nastavení.
