Our PE bags (often called duffel bags) aren't just ordinary sacks. They are designed so that they can be clipped easily and securely straight onto the school backpack. This applies to our backpacks for older schoolchildren (Sport Junior).

How does this benefit a healthy back?

• Centre of gravity: When you clip the bag onto the backpack, the weight of the kit and shoes moves closer to the axis of the spine and merges with the weight of the backpack. The child doesn't lean forward or to one side, as they would when carrying a bag in their hand.
• Symmetry: We prevent one-sided overloading of the shoulder, which is typical when sports bags are carried over one shoulder.
• Ergonomics in practice: Our back system with an aluminium ergonomic bar can then work at 100% and transfer the weight of the whole load (schoolwork + PE kit) to the pelvis via the hip belt.
