Ještě předtím, než začnete batoh čistit, odstraňte všechny části, které by do styku s vodou přijít neměly. Sundejte placky i pláštěnku, vytáhněte hliníkovou lištu ze zádového systému a jestliže vlastníte model Active Air FLX, vytáhněte vzduchový polštář.
Pokud máte batoh s přídavným světýlkem, odmontujte jej včetně vnitřní elektroniky. Jak na to? Odmontujte šroubek na straně světýlka a otočte rámeček proti směru hodinových ručiček.
Druhý krok: Najděte správný čistič a houbičky
Cesta k čistému batohu vede přes správně zvolené mycí prostředky a pomůcky. K vyčištění skvrn použijte jemný a neagresivní mycí prostředek. Skvěle poslouží mýdlo či prací gel na jemné tkaniny. Batoh čistěte vlhkým hadříkem nebo houbičkou.
Třetí krok: Šetrně čistěte
Školní batohy nepatří do pračky. Jediné doporučené praní je to ruční. Batoh nejprve propláchněte vodou, poté popadněte hadřík a jemným mycím prostředkem odstraňte skvrny a další nečistoty. Na velké znečištění vytaste silné zbraně. Skvrny spolehlivě a šetrně odstraní žlučové mýdlo. Nakonec celý batoh osprchujte vlažnou vodou a nechte vysušit. Vyhněte se sušení v sušičce a na přímém slunci, obojí by mohlo batoh poškodit. Při uskladnění se ujistěte, že je batoh zcela suchý, předejdete tak plísním.
Jak znečištění předcházet?
Nejlepší zbraní je však znečištění předcházet. Všichni víme, jakou neplechu dokáže způsobit zapomenutá svačina nebo otevřený fix. Proto pravidelně kontrolujte obsah batohu. Také dodržujte maximální nosnost, předejdete tak uvolnění švů a poškození zipů. Správnou péčí můžete výrazně prodloužit životnost batohu, a to se vyplatí.
